基于主成分分析法的土地利用/覆被变化驱动力研究

摘　　要：分析1990-2007年山东省胶南市土地利用/覆被变化情况,为进一步确定土地利用/覆被变化的驱动因子,选取GDP、农业人口比重和固定资产投资等33个社会经济指标,借助SPSS进行相关分析和主成分分析,将胶南市的土地利用/覆被变化驱动因子概括为人口和经济发展、城镇化水平、产业结构优化、农业生产条件4个主要驱动因子,为政府制定土地利用规划和土地保护政策、优化土地利用结构提供借鉴。In this paper, the mathematical analysis is carried on to study land use and land cover change in Jiaonan City from 1990 to 2007. Then by using SPSS software, correlation analysis and principle component analysis are carried on to confirm the mainly driving factors which affect the land use and land cover change in Jiaonan City, with 33 society and economy indexes including GDP, the proportion of agricultural population, the investment in permanent assets and so on. Through the analysis, it is found that the driving factors can be generalized as four factors： population and economic development, urbanizational level, industrial structure optimization and agricultural production conditions. The results are in a high reference value to local government in making land use plan, optimizing the structure of land use and constituting the policy and protecting the agricultural land.
