摘　　要：介绍了IEC/TC100 2008年年会中音视频设备标准化领域拓展与更新、设备节能和易用性等热点议题,讨论了国际标准化工作的技术更新,领域交叉、组织合作等几个特征,介绍了DRA和家庭网络等中国提案的进展情况。According to the contents which were discussed in IEC/TClOO plenary meeting of 2008, the writer introduces some thesis such as power consumption and accessibility in that meeting, discuses the new characteristic of standardization such as the technology field updating and cooperation between standardization associations, introduces the news about DRA and home network standardization from china.
