被子植物胚性细胞及嫁接愈伤组织中的环状片层

摘　　要：在荠菜的胚细胞和胚柄细胞中，以及番茄／番茄和苋菜／番茄的嫁接隔离层附近愈伤组织细胞中，发现了环状片层。环状片层有同心圆环状片层、非同心圆环状片层和复合同心圆环状片层三种形态，环状片层来源于内质网，在植物中的存在具有普遍性。对其功能进行了讨论。Annulate lamellae (AL) have hitherto been observed in a variety of animal germ cells, embryonic cells,and rapidly growing cells like tumor and cancer cells.Up to date,the membranous organelles called concentric membranous bodies,concentric circle shaped endoplasmic reticula,and concentric layers of circular reticum sections and so forth have been described for several types of plant cells by domestic and foreign researchers.In the present research,certain observations on the ultrastructural details of annulate lamellae and their origin have been made in embryonic cells of Capsella bursa pastoris, and cells besides isolating layers of Lycopersicum esculentum/Lycopersicum esculentum,Amaranthus tricolar/Lycopersicum esculentum. Annulate lamellae have been found in shaped with concentric membranous bodies,nonconcentric membranous bodies,and compound concentric membranous bodies in shepherdspurse embryonic cells and graft callus cells.We also found that annulate lamellae are located in both cytoplasm and vacuole,showed that annulate lamellae are associated in endoplasmic reticulum.From a survey of present and former reports,annulate lamellae in plant cells are of more general occurrence. The membranous organelles can be incorporated into three groups:concentric annulate lamellae (CAL),nonconcentric annulate lamellae (NCAL),and compound concentric annulate lamellae (CCAL).We infered that the function of annulate lamellae in graft callus cells is a repair reaction of wounded cells,and in embryonic cells is related to cell divisoin and self phagocytosis.
