摘 要:通过液体缺锌饲料灌胃的方式建立单纯缺锌模型,采用Timm′s组化法,电镜下观察海马神经元亚细胞水平锌的分布和反应颗粒数目的变化。结果见:(1).锌浓集分布于正常大鼠海马苔藓纤维终末的囊泡内,其中以CA3区放射层最多,其次是分子层和锥体层,在突触间隙内也见有锌存在。(2).缺锌时,海马神经元亚细胞水平锌的分布模式与对照组无区别,但锌反应颗粒数目明显减少。本实验从一定程度证明了:(1).海马神经元的锌参与神经元的传递过程;(2).缺锌时,海马神经元苔藓纤维终末囊泡内的锌减少。这种变化可能是缺锌触发海马神经元发生一系列功能和结构变化的重要原因之一。The zinc deficient rat models were established with fluid fleeding.The plasma zinc content,zinc distribution in CA3 area and their change on zinc deficient status were studied with the atomic absorption method and Timm′s histochemistry technique.The results were as follows: 1) zinc reactive granules were mainly located in the synaptic vesicles in radiatum stratum (SR) of CA3 area,some of them also was found in synaptic cleft.2) under zinc deficiency,zinc reactive granules in CA3 area of hippocampus were obviously decreased while the plasmsa zinc content was lower.These results not only provided some morphological evidences for the involvment of zinc in synapse release,but also indicated that the changes of zinc content in hippocampal synapse of deficient rats might be one of the major reason induced other pathological changes.
