摘 要:目的研究盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)用于小儿手术时对血压(BP)、心率(HR)及唾液分泌的影响。方法60例行择期手术的小儿患者,随机等分为2组,术前10 min分别静注阿托品(A组)或长托宁(C组)。分别测量并记录注药前后BP、HR、脉搏氧饱和度(SpO2)及患儿口干程度的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和口腔内分泌物量,同时观察不良反应的发生率。结果C组注药后HR与基础值相近;A组注药后HR显著增快,恶心呕吐发生率增加;两组注药后VAS增加,20 min后口腔内分泌物量减少。结论小儿术前静注长托宁,可有效减少患儿口腔、呼吸道分泌物,且不增加BP和HR,不良反应少。Objective To study the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), oxyhemoglobin saturation by pulse oximetry(SpO2) and salivation secretion in children preanesthesia. Methods 60 children undergoing surgery were randomly divided into two groups, including group A intravenously injected with atropine and group B treated with penehyclidine hydroehloride before the induction of anesthesia. BP, HR, SpO2, visual analog scale (VAS) scores for thirst and salivary secretion were determined both before and after treatment. Results The HR in group B before and after penehyelidine hydrochloride injection were not significant difference from each other, whereas the HR in group A was significantly increased after atropine injection (P〈0.05). The salivary secretion decreased significantly after drug injection in the two groups (P〈0. 05). The rate of nausea and vomiting was increased in group A than in group B (P〈0.05). Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride intravenously injected before operation can effectively decrease salivary secretion without increasing HR in children.
