摘 要:从解决生产现场实际问题出发,对煤矿巷道施工中,弧线上施工放样的方法进行了研究,提出了弧线上任意点中线标定方法模型。该模型的提出,可实现在弧道中线的标定中,每次转弧都将转点设在原中线所在的弧线上;每次转弧后,中线所控制的弧线长都一样;每次转弧点前相同长度控制的左、右帮的宽度不变。这有利于施工队掌握数据,控制帮距,为准确把握井下曲线巷道的施工方向,预防煤矿瓦斯动力灾害和提高巷道施工质量提供了保障。To solve the practical problems of production fields, the paper studies the method of layout of arc lines in the mine tunnel construction, and puts forward the method model about centerline demarcation of the arbitrary point on the arc. The model, during demarcation, can achieve three goals: setting the turning points on the original arc centerline when we turn arcs, keeping the same length of the arc lines that the centerlines control after each turning arcs, as well as keeping the same width between the two sidelines that the arc lines of the same length control before each turning points. This is good to master the data and control the distance between the two sidelines for the construction team, and it provides a guarantee ior accurately grasping the construction direction of the underground curved tunnel, preventing the coal gas disaster and improving the quality of the tunnel construction.
