摘　　要：被害人补偿制度由来已久,回溯其立法沿革,有助于深刻理解其立法意义。刑事被害人补偿制度研究,需要对犯罪被害人、刑事被害人补偿及其性质、法律特征进行剖析,重点在于制度构成要素的解构与建构,从而建立完善、科学的制度。The victim compensatory regime has a long histry. Its legislative evolution which is helpful in understanding its legislative significance profoundly. The crime victim compensatory regime research, needs to study on the crime victim, the crime victim compensation and the nature and the legal characteristic, which lies in the system integrant part setting at variance with to construct with emphasis, thus establishes consummates, the science system.
