常见鼻副窦病变的CT诊断与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨常见鼻副窦病变的CT表现及诊断价值,增进对该病的影像学认识,提高鼻窦内镜手术的疗效,降低并发症。方法:回顾性分析经手术、组织病理学证实的110例常见鼻副窦病变的影像学资料。结果:一般炎性病变45例,为窦腔内密度较均匀软组织影;单纯性鼻息肉17例,鼻息肉伴黏液潴留囊肿19例,呈球形肿物,边缘光滑;真菌性鼻窦炎12例,表现为窦腔内不均匀软组织影,可见斑片状或破棉絮样高密度影,多呈中央性分布,3例伴上颌裂孔区域的骨质破坏;肿瘤17例,为窦腔内膨胀性生长块影伴窦壁不同程度骨质破坏。结论:CT是诊断鼻副窦病变的重要影像学手段,能清楚地显示病灶以及受累的程度、范围,为临床分期、制定治疗方案提供依据。Objective ：To study the CT features of familiar paranasal sinus disease and assess the CT diagnostic value, to promote CT cognition of related disease, to increase curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery and decrease complications. Methods： CT findings of 110 cases with paranasal sinus disease diagnosed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results ：45 cases with sinusitis ,the affected paranasal sinuses were filled with parenchyma in even. 17 cases with polyp, 19 cases in polyp with mucous retention cyst, the edge was smooth, spheroid lump on CT. 12 cases in fungal sinusitis,the lesions showed well -defined irregular linear, serpiginous or patchy increased attenuation within the completely opacified sinuses on reconstructed soft tissue window, central distribute. 3 cases with the bone substance disruption of maxillary sinus cavity. 17 cases in tumor, dilatability growth and parenchyma filling in the sinus, the bone were destoried in various degrees. Conclusion：CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of familiar paranasal sinus disease. CT can show the characteristic clearlly with crossing and coronal, provide more accurate informations for clinical treatment.
