摘　　要：目的:探讨胆总管探查阴性的原因。方法:对20例胆总管探查阴性的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:20例胆总管探查阴性者仅具有胆总管探查的相对指征而没有绝对指征。结论:对仅有胆总管探查相对指征者,胆总管探查应慎重。术中可以经胆总管进行胆管造影,若造影阳性,则可以进一步行胆总管探查。Objective：To study the reason of negative exploration for common bile duct （CBD）. Methods：The clinical data of 20 cases of negative exploration for CBD were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All cases with negative exploration for CBD had only relative CBD exploration indications. Conclusion：CBD should be taken cautiously in patients with only relative indications. The intraoperative cholangiography is helpful for making choice of CBD exploration.
