摘　　要：研究了一种印刷机给墨量确定方法,该方法依据印前拼大版数据、印刷设备性能、油墨纸张印刷适性及印刷温湿度等条件,在对印刷机传墨系统的传墨性能和油墨在纸张上的转移性能进行实验的基础上,采用给墨量与油墨转移量相平衡的控制机制,进行数学建模,计算出印刷时各色版在各墨区的给墨量,以墨区墨键开口值和传输辊的转角值给出。该算法在RIP前获得给墨量数据,且不需要印刷设备具有CIP3/CIP4接口,方便快捷,在低成本下运作,消除了长期以来印刷机给墨量凭领机的工作经验来设置的局面。经印刷实验测试,该模型计算值准确、实用有效。The paper proposed a method of calculating ink supply amount. In terms of the data of make-up, printing equipment performance, printing ink and paper printability, and temperature and humidity conditions, and on the ba- sis of experiment of the inking unit performance and ink transfer properties on the paper, the method used the princi- ple of ink supply amount and the transfer of the same amount to build the mathematical model, and calculated the ink demand of each area in the different plate. The ink supply amount could be expressed by the setting value of ink and the corner of transfer roller. The method could get ink data before RIP, and didn＇t require the equipment with inter- face of CIP3/CIP4. It was convenient, low-cost, and resolved the problem that the ink supply amount was confirmed by the experience of worker. After test, the model of arithmetic was accurate and practicality.
