摘　　要：多源多尺度地图数据的组织与管理是多源地图数据处理、数据融合以及地图制图综合的基础。首先对多源地图数据处理的主要方法和技术进行了总结;进而讨论了多源多尺度地图数据的组织与管理的两个关键技术,即多源多尺度地图数据引擎的设计和多图幅地图数据的内存管理技术。The paper described the necessity of organization and management of multi-source and multi-scale map data. It was regarded that this research was the base of multi-source map data processing, fusing and map generalization. This paper summarized main methods and technologies adopted in processing of multiple-source map data. Fi- nally it discussed two critical technologies data engine for multi-source and muhi-scale map data and computer memo- ry management technologies for multi-sheet map data in detail. At last it appraised the efficiency of this map data engine.
