摘　　要：新时期中国共产党在党内监督体制方面取得了一系列成绩,形成的党内专门监督机构能比较独立完整地行使监督权为主要内容的党内监督体制,但体制的局限性也日益明显,因此必须加强和完善党内纪律监督制度、党内监督领导体制、党委内部决策和执行机制、"一把手"监督制约机制和党代表大会常任制。In the new period, the Communist Party of China has made many achievements in the construction of the internal monitoring system, forming the internal monitoring system that takes as the main contents the special monitoring institutions independently and completely exercising monitoring power. But with time going on, the limitation of the system is more and more examined, so the Party should reinforce and perfect internal discipline monitoring system, the internal monitoring leadership system, the policy-making and enforcement system within the Party committee, the monitoring and checking system on the ＂No. 1 leader＂ and standing system of the Party Congress.
