摘　　要：介绍了运筹学中的基本思想和方法,并从石油化工行业的实际出发,探讨了其中所包含的线性规划、存储论、决策论等运筹学思想,阐述了运筹学方法在石油化工行业中生产工艺优化和提高企业效益等方面所起的巨大作用。The basic principles and methods of operational research are introduced in this paper. And the operational research thoughts are discussed from the petrochemical industry＇ actual conditions, including linear programming, storage theory and decision-making theory, etc. It shows that the great part operational research is playing in optimizing the production process and improving the efficiency of enterprises in petrochemical industry.
