磁浮线路轨道梁连接件的螺纹联接疲劳性能分析

摘　　要：对磁浮线路轨道梁连接件与热轧带肋钢筋间的螺纹联接疲劳性能进行了理论分析。当螺纹联接试验应力为10～100 MPa时,经300万次疲劳循环后未发生破坏,再做拉伸破坏试验时断口呈塑性。结果说明螺纹联接的疲劳性能能满足要求。This article studies the fatigue property of the screw thread of the twisted bar used for Maglev line. The fatigue strength of the screw thread of the twisted bar is equal to 68 MPa through a theoretic analysis, but when the test of stress ranges between 10-100 MPa and the cycles are more than 3×10^6,there will be no more damages seen on the screw thread.
