During development of low-permeability reservoirs, influence of pressure sensitivity on pressure distribution should not be ignored because of obvious pressure sensitivity effect. Thus, on the basis of differential equation of indeterminate constant percolation in deformable media, equation of pressure field distribution is derived, and characteristics of pressure distribution between injector and producer in consideration of pressure sensitivity is analyzed by combining actual production situation of low permeability reservoirs in Changqing. Study results show that pressure drawdown loss between injector and producer in consideration of pressure sensitivity increases, causing utilization rate of injection pressure to decrease; amplitude of pressure drawdown loss increases with increase of pro- duction duration. The larger the spacing between injector and producer and the variation coefficient of permeability are, the greater the pressure drawdown loss of near-well-bore area is. Meanwhile, if the spacing between injector and producer is oversized, it will be difficult to establish effective displacement pressure between injector and producer in consideration of pressure sensitivity. Thus the spacing should be reduced suitably during development of low - permeability reservoirs.
