摘 要:喇嘛甸油田聚合物驱工业化推广区块中已有3个进入后续水驱阶段,区块综合含水已达到或接近98%,但区块采出程度只有50%左右,剩余潜力仍然很大。常规的挖潜措施在聚驱后并不能起到大幅度提高采收率的作用,因此开展了采用热采方法进一步提高聚驱后采收率的可行性研究。通过室内实验和数值模拟技术,在分析聚驱后剩余油分布状况和岩石、原油热物性的基础上,阐述了聚驱后热采对相对渗透率、原油流度及驱油效率的作用,确定了聚驱后蒸汽驱的合理注采参数,为聚驱后大幅度提高采收率提供了有效的方法。Three industrially popularized blocks of polymer flooding have entered into after-water flooding stage in Lamadian Oilfield, the combined water cut of each block has reached or approached 98%, the residual oil distri-bution is very scattered, but the current produced degree is only 50% or so, so the remained potential is still huge. Conventional tapping measures cannot play the role of enhancing oil recovery to a great deal after polymer flooding. So the feasibility study of thermal recovery on further enhancing recovery is conducted. Through indoor tests and numerical simulation, on the bases of analyzing residual oil distribution, the thermal physical properties of both rock and crude oil after polymer flooding, the actions of the thermal recovery on relative permeability, crude oil mobility and sweep efficiency after polymer flooding are described, in the end the reasonable injection and production parameters of steam flooding are determined. All above studied results have provided effective method for greatly enhancing oil recovery after polymer flooding.
