摘 要:研究了在一系列磺酸根功能化的离子液体催化下,丙三醇与环己酮的缩合反应。以磺酸基功能化的吡啶磷酸类离子液体[SO3H-bPy][H2PO4]为催化剂,系统考察了反应时间、酮与醇的配比、催化剂的用量及催化剂重复使用、不同阴离子、阳离子等因素对反应的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明,离子液体[SO3H-bPy][H2PO4]为催化剂,当环己酮与丙三醇摩尔比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为0.1 g/1 mol酮,反应2 h,转化率可达99.8%以上,选择性可达100%。证明离子液体对该缩合反应有较好的催化活性和选择性。The ketalization of cyclohexanone with glycerol by using SO3 H functioned ionic liquids as catalysts were studied. The effects of reaction time, mole ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on yield of ketal were investigated by using the[ SO3H-bPy] [ H2PO4] ionic liquid as catalyst. Results show that the ionic liquid was an efficient catalyst for the ketalization with high conversion and selectivity in mild conditions. Using[ SO3H-bPy] [ H2PO4 ] as catalyst, the optimum reaction condition: molar ratio of cyclohex- anone to glycerol was 1 : 1.5 ,catalyst amount was 0.1 g/l mol ketone,reaction time was 2 h. Under that condition,conversion was over 99.8% and selectivity was 100%.
