摘 要:用微波处理木糖母液,检测处理后的胶体电位,用数码显微镜观察胶体的变化状况,研究微波辐射的作用时间及强度对其中胶体的表面Zeta电位的影响规律。结果表明,延长微波辐射时间和增加微波辐射作用功率,可以使胶体表面的Zeta电位下降,且产生絮凝现象,从胶体的热力学及动力学理论角度进行了解释,表明Zeta电位下降是溶液失稳后重建平衡的结果。Effects of microwave power and radiation time on Zeta potential of colloid in residual solution of xylose. After microwave treatment, detecting Zeta potential of colloid in residual solution of xylose. The flocculate changes were observed with digital microscope. The results revealed that effects of microwave strong power and radiation long time can make Zeta potential of colloid lower than before and the colloid flocculate. The phenomenon was analyzed and the mechanism was discussed on thermodynamics and dynamics. It means that the colloid in residual solution of xylose rebuilds the new balance.
