摘　　要：分析了聚乳酸直接缩聚法(PC法)和开环聚合法(ROP法)的优缺点,介绍了聚乳酸在生物医学、农用地膜、包装及林业、沙漠绿化等领域的应用,并在开环聚合法中提出了制造高分子量且降低成本的有效方法和今后可能的发展方向。This paper introduced the methods of synthesis processes,included the direct polycondensation method and indirect ring open polymerization, and analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of the craft. The application polylactic acid in the field of biomedical, packaging and forestry, etc were analyzed, direction to research for the method of increasing the relative molecular weigher of PLA and lower costing in indirect ring open polymerization and developing PLA was also put forward.
