官产学对城市创业环境评价的差异性比较:基于安徽省17个地市数据的实证研究

摘　　要：利用安徽省17个地市的样本数据,对企业家、政府官员和学者等不同利益主体视角下的城市创业环境评价的差异性进行分析,检验结果表明:企业家和政府官员着重关注市场环境对于创业机会的影响,同时后者更加强调以有形基础设施为代表的物质环境的重要性;而研究学者则主要关心政策环境和文化环境对于创业机会的贡献度。Using questionnaire data from 17 cities in Anhui Province, this paper analyzes differentiation of assessment in urban entrepreneurship environment from the perspective of government, industry and university. It is testified that entrepreneurs and governmental officials pay more attention to the influence of market environment on entrepreneurial opportunities, and the latter highlights the importance of physical environment represented by tangible infrastructural facilities, while scholars attach importance to the contribution of policy environment and cultural environment to entrepreneurial opportunities.
