摘  要:目前学者的研究认为研发/市场职能整合和产品创新绩效之间是一种正向促进关系,没有考虑过度的职能整合对产品创新绩效的负面影响,以及最佳职能整合状态的存在性。作者在理论研究基础上,通过问卷调查,运用统计分析软件,揭示了研发/市场职能整合与产品创新绩效之间的倒U型关系,并通过曲线估计拟合出两者之间的倒U型曲线。实证结果表明,研发/市场职能整合对产品创新绩效并不是单纯的正向促进作用,在产品创新过程中,存在最优研发/市场职能整合点。研究对于职能整合理论具有一定的创新性,对企业产品创新实践具有较好的指导意义。R&D/Marketing functional integration had been drawn more and more attention, and was thought to be an important factor to promote product innovation performance in most of prior scholars' researches. But the negative effect of R&D/Marketing functional integration on product innovation performance had not been researched systematically by prior researches of scholars. This paper aims to examine the concave effect of R&D/Marketing functional integration on product innovation performance. Following theoretical research, a survey research has been developed. Using survey data collected from 133 China' s manufacturing enterprises, we demonstrate the concave effect of R&D/market functional integration on product innovation performance. And an optimal level of R&D/Marketing functional integration exists above or below which the level of product innovation performance decreases.
