摘　　要：探讨心理创伤对老年人身心健康远期影响。战争、“文革”、丧偶等创伤事件可使老年人记忆力下降，自卑感、自杀意念比例升高，高血压、心脏病患病率增高，两组差异显著。心理创伤事件对老年人身心健康远期有明显影响。有社会支持、有免疫力者其影响甚微。To study the long-term influence of psychological wound affect elder's health. Some wound incidents such as war ,the civilization revolution , lose consort and so on could make the elders reduce faculty of memory, produce sense of inferiority and rise commit suicide rate. The prevalence rate of high blood press, Heart disease went up. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Psychological wound incidents have significantly influence on the elder's health. The influence was slight when the elder had social Support and immunity ability.
