美国政府参与体育管理方式之研究

摘　　要：作为世界体育强国之一的美国,其政府体系中始终没有明确的体育管理部门。美国联邦政府主要有11个部门间接管理体育事务,涉及职业体育、公众健康与身体活动教育以及修建体育场地设施等方面;地方政府则主要由娱乐公园部管理体育与娱乐活动。美国政府参与体育管理的方式是由于美国文化、制度环境等因素共同影响和作用的结果。As one of the Top sports countries, the USA does not establish a specific department in the Federal governmental system to manage sports. This paper researches the patterns of the Federal and local governments involve in sports. The results of this research：eleven federal governments manage sports indirectly, including professional sports, sports for all, building facilities and so on;Park and recreational departments manage sports as local government. The patterns of American governments involved in sports are decided by American culture, system environments.
