摘 要:目的:了解淮南地区房舍储藏物粉螨孳生密度与过敏性哮喘发病之间的关系,为人群过敏性哮喘的防治提供依据。方法:采用整体随机抽样调查方法,采集淮南地区房舍储藏物标本,镜下进行粉螨分离鉴定,并结合哮喘的流行病学调查表统计数据,进行相关性分析。结果:淮南地区房舍储藏物中共分离鉴定出粉螨25种,隶属于7科19属。粉螨的平均孳生密度为(29.73±5.61)NO/g。哮喘患者居室储藏物粉螨孳生密度为(38.62±3.61~69.34±6.14)NO/g,非哮喘患者居室储藏物粉螨孳生密度为(11.02±5.37~16.43±2.78)NO/g,P=0.013,〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:淮南地区房舍储藏物粉螨孳生严重,其孳生密度与过敏性哮喘发病有关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between breeding density of acaroid mites in the storages of house and potential allergic asthma risks in Huainan area for preventing the disease on population basis. Methods : A cluster randomized sampling method was used to collect the samples from the storages in the houses of city inhabitants and the acaroid mites were identified and counted under the microscope. The findings were analyzed in terms of epidemiologic coherence. Results : By classification, the 25 species of acaroid mites found in Huainan area were fallen into 19 genera out of 7 families. The average breeding density of acaroid mites was (29.73 ± 5.61 ) NO/g,and the density in the house articles from the allergic asthmtics was (38.62 ±3.61 --69.34 ± 6.14) NO/g vs (11.02± 5.37-16.43± 2.78 )NO/g in the healthy population(P= 0. 013, 〈 0.05). Conclusion : The heavy breeding density of acaroid mites in the house articles in Huainan area may be responsible for the incidence of allergic asthma.
