摘 要:在惠州液化天然气电厂燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组检修期间,针对机组水汽系统的特点,采用了纯十八胺法对9F级余热锅炉进行了停炉保养。介绍了纯十八胺法成膜保护的原理和具体操作步骤,通过分析机组历史运行参数确定了加药点和加药时机,并指出加药过程应注意控制锅炉蒸汽温度。憎水性试验、硫酸铜试验和铁离子质量浓度测试结果均表明,在锅炉各部件形成的保护膜憎水性好,耐腐蚀,水质合格。During the overhaul of gas-steam combined cycle generator set in Huizhou Liquefied Natural Gas Power Plant, pure octadecylamine method was applied in the lay-up protection of 9F heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) according to the features of the steam and water system of the unit. The membrane-forming protection principle and specific procedures of the pure octadecylamine method are described. The chemical dosing spots and occasions are determined by analyzing the historical operating parameters of the unit. It is pointed out that the control of boiler steam temperature should be noted during chemical dosing. The results of hydrophobic test, copper sulphate test and ferro-ion mass concentration test all show that the protective membrane formed on the boiler parts is of good hydrophobic and anti-corrosion performance, and the water quality is up to standard.
