摘　　要：本文介绍冲孔灌注桩具有的一些优缺点,结合某大楼的工程实际,阐述了从工程质量及投资两个方面对其进行控制的监理过程,为类似工程监理提供参考。This paper introduces some advantages and disadvantages of the percussion drill hole grouting pile. Relating to the project fact of a building, it explicates the supervise procession of quality and investment control, this method might provide the reference for the similar project.
