摘 要:鞋楦作为鞋的基准,其制作过程是制鞋的关键工序之一。应用数字化技术提高鞋楦的设计制造水平具有重要意义。该系统首先采用立体视觉技术研制开发了鞋楦(脚型)的三维CAD实体模型反求装置,然后通过建立实体模型数据库,实现对鞋楦或脚型实体模型的数字化管理。在此基础上,应用CAD技术,对楦型做局部修改,实现鞋楦的再设计过程。最后开发了由鞋楦CAD实体模型直接生成刀具轨迹,并自动生成鞋楦加工数控代码的软件,从而实现鞋楦数字化设计制造一体化集成。Shoe last is the basis of shoes, of which the manufacturing process is one of the key processes for shoe-making. It is of great significance to enhance the design and manufacture level of shoe last using digital technology. In the system, a reverse engineering device for measuring and reconstruction of shoe last(foot-model)3D solid model is developed applying stereo vision technique, then the solid model database of shoe last is set up, therefore, the digital management for shoe last (foot-model)3D solid model can be carried out. On this basis, some local modification is made using CAD technology, and the re-design of shoe last is realized. Finally, a software is developed, by which the toot path and NC code of shoe last processing can be generated from the shoe last CAD solid model directly. Thus the integration of digital design and manufacture for shoe last is achieved.
