摘　　要：乡村节庆体育活动的开展陷入人力资源不足、经费无着落以及项目资源衰竭等困境。如何在困境中寻找出路,广西富禄、河南内黄等地的成功经验值得借鉴。增强乡村节庆体育发展的动力应该理顺其发展机制、完善激励措施,发挥大学生和外出务工人员的积极贡献,同时注重丰富项目资源并正确处理各方之间的利益关系,为节庆体育的发展增添活力。The development of rural festive sports activities has gone into such a difficult situation as insufficient human resources, lack of funds and exhaustiveness of project resources. For how to find a way out of such a diffi- cult situation, the successful experiences of Fulu Guangxi and Neihuang Henan are worthy of our referral. For in- creasing the power for the development of rural festive sports, we should follow their development mechanisms, perfect stimulation measures, exert positive contributions of college students and external workers, whereas pay at- tention to finding more project resources, correctly handling interest relations between various parties, and adding vitality to the development of festive sports.
