摘　　要：工程项目投资的全过程控制在工程项目投资控制中十分重要。加强对工程项目投资的全过程控制,可以更好地为城市建设和经济建设服务。本文从重庆市中医院迁建工程弱电项目投资的全过程开展工作实际出发,针对该项目投资过程中出现的问题,提出了相应的对策和方法。Strengthening whole process control of investment is very important, which can serve the urban construction and economy construction better. From the whole process control of investment in weak current item of Chongqing ctm hospital relocation project, this article put forth the countermeasures and methods for the problems in this project.
