摘　　要：目的了解应急机动卫勤分队队员生活事件发生频率及生活事件的构成特点。方法采用生活事件量表(LES)对136名分队队员进行测试。结果应急机动卫勤分队队员生活事件分类统计显示,事件总分及均分由高到低依次为家庭问题、工作学习方面问题和社交及其他方面问题。负性事件刺激频度和总刺激强度居前5位的分别是:住房紧张、工作学习中压力大、家庭经济困难、对现职工作不满意和夫妻两地分居(工作需要)。正性事件刺激频度和总刺激强度居前5位的分别是:恋爱或订婚、家庭增添新成员、结婚、怀孕、开始就业或晋升、提级。结论应急机动卫勤分队队员生活事件以家庭问题最为突出。Objective To study the frequency and features of life events in members of emergency mobile medical team. Methods A total of 136 emergency mobile medical team members were evaluated with Life Event Scale （ LES）. Results The statistics ot life events in the team members showed that according to the general score sequence from high to low the events were family proplems, working and learning problems and social problems. The top five negative events accoding to frequency and general strength were housing tension, working and learning pressure, family economic difficulties, un-satisfaction with position and couple separation （required due to work）. The top five positive events were love or engagement, addition of a new family member, marriage, pregnancy, beginning of employment or promotion. Conclusion Family problems are the most outstanding life events in emergency mobile medical team members.
