摘　　要：世界金融海啸已经影响到世界矿业界,对我国经济的影响越来越明显。当前我国矿业的问题是内外因素叠加的结果,这些因素导致我国主要矿产品的供给量增长较快,产能超出需求的增长。地质勘查基金要发挥对矿产资源勘查的调控作用,要参与矿产资源规划编制,负责无风险、低风险矿产资源前期勘查,参与优势资源矿产地储备和对外矿产勘查投资,并与现有地勘单位建立密切关系。The world financial crisis exerts more and more influence on the world mining industry and the economic development in China.However not only world financial crisis,but other factors have influenced on mining industry development in China,they bring some problems to the mining industry,for example,some main mineral products supply excessively and production capacity grows over the demand.Geological and prospecting fund should be brought into control play on mineral exploration.It should takes part in the drawing up of mineral resource plan and the investment of some mineral exploration land reserve and overseas mineral exploration,it should be responsible for the initial stage exploration of non-risk and low risk mineral resources and establish close relationship with geological and prospecting enterprises.
