摘　　要：数字地球的引入为航标信息系统带来了新的技术手段。论述了基于开源系统World Wind实现基于数字地球的三维航标信息系统的相关技术细节,系统可为船舶及涉海部门提供更加直观的航标信息展现方法,为航海人员识标用标提供了更加直观的仿真手段。The introduction of Digital Earth brings new technical methods to the navigation-aids information system. A 3D navigation-aids information system is realized based on an open source Digital Earth system-World Wind. This paper discusses related technical details. This system provides more intuitionistic navigation-aids information display method for the marine departments. It can also provides more intuitionistic simulation method for seafarer to identify and use navigation-aids.
