摘 要:为了分析双频双幅合成振动压路机各设计参数对压实效果的影响,设计了双频双幅合成振动压实的试验样机。在前期试验的基础上,建立了压实机-土壤系统的动力学模型,对土壤的刚度及阻尼值进行求解,得出了土壤刚度与阻尼值随压实遍数的变化规律。基于数学模型的动力学仿真,描述了上车和下车位移、加速度和压实轮对地面的作用力等在工作过程中的变化规律,得到了压实机主要工作参数间较合理的匹配关系及其取值范围:低频频率为20~30Hz,低频振幅为0.8~1.5mm,频率比为1~3,振幅比为1/3~1/2,激振器的初始相位角为0°~90°。An experimental prototype was designed based on the double-frequency and doubleamplitude composed vibrating compaction method in order to analyze the effects on compaction performances. On the basis of the early stage experiments, a dynamic model of the compactor-soil was built and the changing rules of soil stiffness and damping with respect to compaction times were also obtained by the solution of their values. With the help of dynamic simulation, the changing rules of some parameters, such as the upper and lower chassis displacements, acceleration, effect forces on the ground caused by compaction roller, were given out. relatively rational coupling relations among the key compactor working parameters and varying ranges were gained, the lower frequency is from 20 Hz to 30 Hz, the amplitude is 0.8 mm to 1.5 ram, the frequency ratio is from 1 to 3, the amplitude ratio is from 1/3 to 1/2 initial phase of vibration exciter is from 0° to 90°. 2 tabs, 10 figs, 10 refs.
