摘  要:通过沼液在陆地棉上的试验,确定沼液浸种的最佳方法。试验采用单因子完全随机区组试验设计,对不同的沼液浸种时间进行田间试验研究。结果表明,沼液浸种各处理的出苗率都比对照高.平均高出0.5%-3.5%,其中以沼液浸种8h的出苗率最高为85.5%。沼液浸种的处理衣分、单铃重、籽指都比对照要高,其中以沼液浸种8h表现得比较好,比对照衣分高1.1%,单铃重高0.3g,籽指高0.11。各处理单株增铃数为0.1~0.5个,各处理间差异不大。虽然经过沼液浸种的叶绿素含量较高,但是各处理间产量差异不大。The best way of seed soaking by biogas slurry was determined based on the testing upland cotton. This test uses a single - factor completely randomized block experiment design, the different biogas slurry soaking time for field trial was studied. The results show that the germination rate of all treatments by soaking with biogas slurry was higher than that of control, higher than average from 0.5% to 3.5%, the germination rate of soaking 8h was up to 85.5 percent. Biogas slurry soaking treatment, single boll weight, seed index were higher than those of the control, of which soaking 8h was the best, lint percentage increased by 1.1%, single - boll weight increased by 0.3 g, seed index increased by 0. 11, compared with control. The number of single plant boll of all treatments increased by 0. 1 to 0.5. Although the chlorophyll content and dry matter accumulation of the biogas slurry soaking treatment were higher, there was little difference of yield between all treatments.
