摘 要:为提高喷煤比,充分发挥喷吹效益,安钢在1#高炉进行了为期3个月的富氧喷煤工业试验。通过风口区煤气和煤粉的取样分析以及炉尘的取样分析,研究了富氧率、煤粉粒度、煤比对煤粉燃烧率的影响和对炉况的影响,找到了氧煤合理的搭配关系,即对鹤壁烟煤,煤比140kg/t.Fe以下可以不富氧或少量富氧即能保证0.8以上的煤粉置换比,煤比160kg/t.Fe和富氧2.0%相对应,180kg/t.Fe则须富氧3%,粒度适当放宽对燃烧率的影响不大。To upgrade coal ratio and coal injection efficiency, a industrial test was taken in Nol BF in AnYang iron & steel making group Co.. The result as follow: the knowledge of coal combustion which affected by oxygen enrichment, coal granularity, coal injection rate was get by sampling the gas and pulverized coat in raceway along the diameter :to HeBi bituminous coal, when coal ratio less than 140kg/t,no or little oxygen enrichment is needed, coal ratio is about 160kg/t, 2 % oxygen enrichment is needed, coal ratio is about 180kg/t ,more than 3 % oxygen enrichment is needed, thus coal replacement ratio are maintained above 0.8.
