摘　　要：在分析新建本科院校图书馆学科文献资源建设存在的问题的基础上,提出了加大文献资源建设经费投入、构建学科文献保障体系、建立网络学科资源库、加强重点学科文献资源建设和采编人员队伍建设等措施,以建设学科文献资源体系,为学科建设提供文献信息保障。The paper analyzed the questions which the libraries in newly- built universities face and the methods to solve them. They are： spending more money in the construction of the literature resources, building up the database of network disciplinary resources, realizing the resource sharing, strengthening the personnel troops and construction of document resources in the major disciplines and completing the system of document resources for discipline constructions.
