摘　　要：目的测定不同产地白芍中芍药苷的含量进行比较。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:岛津CLC-ODS(6.0 mmID×15 cm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14:86);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:230 nm。结果各产地白芍中芍药苷含量不尽相同。结论白芍质量与生长年限、炮制等多方面有关。Objective To compare the content of paeoniflorin in RADIX PAEONIAE ALBA collected from different regions. Methods The chromatographic column was Shim-pack CLC-ODS （6.0 mmID× 15 cm ）, the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile -0.1% Orthophosphoric acid （ 14：86 ） with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wave length at 230 nm. Results The content ofpaeoniflorin in RADIX PAEONIAE ALBA collected from different regions was different. Conclusion Quality of RADIX PAEONIAE ALBA had relationship with its count of years, preparation and so on.
