摘　　要：医学人文关怀,是人文精神在医疗活动中的体现。通过医疗服务中建立人文关怀的有关制度,可促进医学科学精神与人文精神的交融。最终提高医疗服务质量,构建和谐医患关系。本文介绍了该院在医疗服务中注重人文关怀的实践与体会,如创立"以病人为中心"的人性化服务模式,保障患者的隐私权、知情权等合法权利,优化医院服务流程,改善医院服务环境等。并就如何培养医务人员的人文精神,在医疗服务中彰显人文关怀进行了讨论。Medical humane solicitude is the embodiment of humane spirit in medical service. The blending of scientific spirit and humane spirit will be promoted by establishing related systems of humane solicitude for pa- tients in medical service. This will lead to the improvement of the quality of medical service and the formation of harmonious relationships between medical personnel and and experience of paying attention to humane solicitude in patients. This article first introduced the praltice medical service, such as to establish a humanistic service model of patient oriented,to protect the legal rights of knowing and privacy of patients, to optimize the process of service, to improve the service environment of hospital, etc. Second, how to develop humane spirit of medical staff and show humane solicitude in medical service were diseussecl.
