摘 要:辊式破碎机以相对较高的能量利用率实现块状物料的连续细碎加工。指出了长期使用的单电机驱动的辊式破碎机上长齿传动的缺点,介绍了辊式破碎机传动机构的创新设计方法,设计了两类变轴距等速比传动机构,它们的轴距变化量都可以达到正常工作的轴距。研究了这两类拥有复合铰链的传动机构中运动副反力的计算方法。结果表明,存在一类单电机驱动的辊式破碎机的传动机构,它的各个运动副都可以实现等强度设计。为此,为单电机驱动的辊式破碎机的设计提供了新型的传动机构与运动副中力的计算方法。Roller breakers are used to continuously comminute materials with relatively high energy utilization ratio. The weaknesses of gear mechanism with longer teeth used in a miler breaker driven by one motor in a long-term were pointed out. Creative design methods for the miler breaker transmission mechanism were introduced. Two types of roll breaker's transmission mechanism with variable-shaft distance & constant rotating ratio were designed. Calculation methods for mutual action forces in pairs of the compound hinges in two types of transmission mecha- nism were studied. Result indicates that there is a roller breaker's transmission mechanism driven by one motor, and its every pair can be designed by an equal strength. For this reason, this paper provides a new type of transmis- sion mechanism and calculating method of the forces in pairs in designing a roger breaker driven by one motor.
