摘 要:介绍了一种三维振动强化抛光方法的原理,该方法将强化与抛光工序合二为一。建立了强化抛光试验装置,对飞机发动机叶片进行了强化抛光试验。研究了频率、时间、振幅等对强化抛光的影响。试验表明:强化抛光后,发动机叶片表面粗糙度从Ra0.35μm^0.5μm下降到Ra0.1μm^0.12μm,疲劳强度提高了约50%。The principle of three-dimensional vibration-strengthening polishing was introduced. Such a pohshmg method integrates strengthening and polishing process into a single process. Experimental equipment for vibration- strengthening polishing was developed, and it is used to strengthen and polish aerocraft engine blades. The influ- ence factors that affect the strengthening and polishing such as frequency, time, amplitude were studied. Tests show that after strengthening polishing, the surface roughness of the engine blades is reduced from Ra 0. 35μm-0. 5μm to Ra 0. 1μm-0. 12μm, and the fatigue strength is enhanced by approximately 50%.
