摘  要:用不同剂量的60Co-γ射线对苋菜种子进行辐射,观测其对苋菜种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在该实验设计的辐射剂量范围(20~200 Gy)内,对苋菜种子有刺激生长的作用,20 Gy有利于苋菜种子发芽,60~80 Gy有利于苋菜幼苗的生长。The Amaranthus mangostanus L. was radiated with ^60 Co-γ ray and its germination rate and seeding growth were observed. The results showed that there was the positive relation between the germination rate,the height of seeding, the length of roots and the irradiation dose. In this experiment the volume control radiation in 20 Gy to 200 Gy can accelerate growth, and the volume control radiation in the 20 Gy seeds germination had promoted. It was better for the seeding growth in 60 Gy to 80 Gy.
