摘　　要：现代物流管理已经成为国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,我国的物流产业尚处于起步发展阶段,在管理过程中还存在许多困难和问题。随着信息技术在物流服务中地位的不断提高,对现代物流企业的运行方式、产业组织、市场竞争格局的影响也越来越大。The paper aims to focus on the impact of information technology on the modem commodity circulation which has become one of the industries significant for the development of civil economy. Since the commodity circulation industry is still at the start stage in China, and in the management process there exist many difficulties and problems. With the increasingly promoted position in the commodity circulation service, the information technology has greater influence on the management methods, industry organizations, marketing competition of the commodity circulation companies, which are discussed in detail here.
