摘　　要：突发应急事件的频繁发生对社会造成了很大危害。为了有效地应对这些事件,有必要建立应急物资供应快速网。本文首先介绍了应急物资的需求特征,然后分析如何建立应急物资供应快速网并进行评估,并以单目标模型为实例,论证建立快速反应网的必要性和可行性。Unexpected emergency events occur frequendy and caused great harm. In order to effectively deal with these events, it is necessary to set up emergency supplies fast network. This article first introduces the characteristics of the demand for emergency supplies, and then analyzes how to set up emergency supplies and rapid assessment of the network and demon- strated the establishment of rapid response network of the necessity and feasibility , a single -goal model as a example.
