摘  要:通过对长春市各大商场品牌服装采购现状的深入分析,针对各商场服装采购分散、供需信息不对称、采购成本过高等问题,提出建立长春区域采购联合处,建设商场与商场、商场与生产厂商之间供需信息交流的平台,采用集中采购、联合采购、电子采购相结合的模式,选用专业的第三方物流服务供应商为整个区域进行统一的服装采购,从而降低各商场采购成本,提高市场竞争力,使现有模式得到优化,进而促进整个吉林省服装行业的可持续发展。Through the thorough analysis to the brand clothing purchase present situation of big market in Changchun, and the questions of the dispersion purchase of clothing in each market, the asymmetrical information between supply and demand, and the excessively high procurement cost, we proposed that establishes purchase union organization of Changchun region, the supply and demand communication platform of the market to the market, and the market to the production manufacturer. Using the professional 3PL supplier to carry on the unification service for the entire region, not only can we reduce the procurement cost, enhance the market competitiveness, optimizes existing pattern, also to promote the clothing profession sustainable development in the endre Jilin Province , with the mixed pattern of Central purchase, union purchase, and the electronic purchase.
