摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法测定乳酸卡德沙星的含量。方法:用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂;以0.01mol/l柠檬酸溶液(用三乙胺调节PH值至5.0)-乙腈-甲醇(84:16:10)为流动相,检测波长为327nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:该方法在20ug/ml～60ug/ml范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=2.2864E-5X+1.9273E-3(r=0.9999),回收率为99.1%,重复性实验RSD=0.024%,n=5。结论:方法简便,快速,准确,适用于该产品质量控制。Objective：To determination of Caderofloxacin Lactate by HPLC Methods：the mobile phase ： solution containing 0.01mol/1 of Citric acid monohydrate （adjusted to PH 5.0 with Triethylamine）-Acetonitrile- Methyl Alcohol（84：16：10）with the flowing rate of 1.0ml/min and detecting wavelength of 327 .. esults：standard curve of peak area and concentration was linear in the concentration range of 10ug/ml-30ug/ml,the regression equation： Y=3.4613E-5X＋l.9489E-3 （ r=- 0.9999）, RSD= 0.17% ,n=5o the recovery was 99.1% Conclusion：The method is simple ,rapid and accurate,and suitable method is established for the quality control of the drug.
