摘 要:目的研究睾丸后附睾及附属性腺对精子运动能力的影响。方法630例精液样本采用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)精子运动参数,把这些数值与精浆果糖、中性a-糖苷酶、前列腺特异性抗原及锌联系起来,并进行相关性分析。精浆果糖含量、中性a-糖苷酶、精浆锌采用分光光度比色法测定。PSA采用试剂盒进行检测。结果精液果糖含量异常组精子活力显著高于正常组(P<0.001),中性a-糖苷酶活性、精浆锌含量异常组精子活力均显著低于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。精浆果糖含量与精子活力有明显的负相关性(r=-0.185,P<0.05),而精浆中性a-糖苷酶活性与精子活力有明显的正相关性(r=0.220,P<0.01)。结论附睾与附属性腺对精子运动能力有影响,其产生的生化标志物可能调节精子运动。[Objective] To study effect of post-testicular factors on sperm motility parameters. [Methods] Sperm samples were obtained from 630 patients of male infertility. Sperm motility was detected by eomputer assisted sperm analysis (CASA). Seminal plasma fructose concentration, neutral a-glycosidase, zinc was measured by spectrophotometer. [Results] Sperm motility of abnormal seminal plasma neutral a-glyeosidase, zinc was significandy lower than that of normal group (P 〈0.001). Sperm motility of abnormal seminal plasma fructose was significantly higher than that of normal group (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05). A significant negative correlation was observed between seminal plasma fructose and sperm motility (r =-0.185, P 〈0.05). A significant positive correlation was observed between seminal plasma neutral a-glycosidase and sperm motility (r =0.220, P 〈0.01).[Conclusion] Post-testieular glands influence sperm motility, and corresponding biochemistry marker can regulate sperm motility.
