摘 要:用难处理金矿石和精矿,分别进行了焙烧—焙砂氰化浸金试验、焙烧—焙砂中加入三氧化二锑的氰化浸金试验、加入三氧化二锑焙烧—焙砂氰化浸金试验、精矿湿法浸锑之后焙烧—焙砂氰化浸金试验。试验结果表明,焙砂中加入三氧化二锑不影响氰化浸金,但是焙烧之前加入三氧化二锑焙烧后焙砂的氰化浸金试验指标明显低于未加三氧化二锑焙烧后的焙砂氰化浸金试验指标。此外,精矿湿法浸锑之后焙烧的焙砂氰化浸金的指标明显有改善。由此分析,三氧化二锑不对氰化浸金产生不利影响。锑对焙烧后焙砂氰化浸金的不利影响主要源于锑化合物的熔点低,易于加大焙烧过程中的"二次包裹金"的作用,从而导致金浸出指标下降。锑是难处理含金矿物原料焙烧—焙砂氰化浸金的主要干扰元素之一。With refractory gold ore or gold concentrate, the following experiments are carried out, gold ore roasting- roasting product cyaniding, gold ore roasting- roasting' product adding Sb2O3 cyaniding, gold ore adding Sb203 roasting- roasting product cyaniding, gold concentration wet method Sb leaching -roasting- roasting product cyaniding. The experiments reveal that Sb2O3 in roasting product doesnt influence the cyaniding leaching, but if Sb2O3 is added before roasting, the experimental indexes are obviously lower than the ones without Sb2O3 added. What's more, the indexes are obviously improved if Sb is leached with wet method before roasting for concentrates. It is concluded that, Sb2O3 wont influence the gold cyaniding leaching; Sb has adverse effects on roasting- roasting product cyaniding by increasing the secondary parcel gold for its low melting point ; Sb is one of the most interfering elements for refractory gold minerals roasting- roasting product cyaniding.
