摘  要:建立了碲作为共沉淀剂分离富集,采用ICP-MS测定地球化学勘探样品中超痕量金、铂、钯的方法,并研究了共沉淀时各种因素的影响;确定了采用盐酸和氯酸钾分解试样,以2mg碲对金、铂、钯进行共沉淀分离富集,抽滤,残渣用王水溶解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定的条件。该方法检出限分别为:Au 0.062ng/g、Pt 0.041ng/g、Pd 0.043ng/g,相对标准偏差(n=12):Au4.81%、Pt 5.46%、Pd 3.50%。采用该方法测定了国家一级地球化学标准物质中的痕量Au,Pt,Pd,测定值与标准值相符合。An ICP-MS method for ultra-trace Au, Pt and Pd determination in geochemical exploration samples is established. The different effects on the condition of enriching and separating Au, Pt and Pd with Te as the co-precip- itation were studied. The samples were decomposed by HCl + KClO3. In the medium of 2 mol/L HCI, the Au, Pt and Pd was enriched and separated from samples with 2mg of Te. And then the remainder was dissolved in aqua regia, at last Au, Pt and Pd were determined by ICP-MS. The detection limits (ng/g) for Au, Pt and Pd are respectively 0. 062, 0.041 and 0.043. The precisions( n = 12) are 4.81% for Au, 5.46% for Pt and. 50% for Pd. The analytical results of Au, Pt and Pd for national certified reference materials by this procedure accord with certified values.
