摘  要:目的将松质骨型自固化磷酸钙骨水泥(CCPC)和醋酸地塞米松(DXMA)及牛骨形态发生蛋白(bBMP)复合物植入大鼠股部肌肉内,观察复合物的骨诱导能力。方法将成年SD大鼠48只随机分成A、B、C、D四组,每组12只,左侧股部制作成肌袋,A组植入CCPC/bBMP/DXMA,B组植入CCPC/bBMP,C组植入CCPC/DXMA,D组植入CCPC。分别于2、4周取材,行大体观察、组织学检查、碱性磷酸酶活性测定。结果组织学检查示:A、B、C组均有诱导成骨能力,随着植入时间的延长,新骨形成增多,趋向成熟,A组成骨能力最强,D组未见成骨现象。A组ALP水平较B、C、D组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论CCPC/bBMP/DXMA复合人工骨有强大的诱导成骨能力。Objective Cancellous granule -type calcium phosphate cement (CCPC) were combined with examethasone acetate (DXMA) and bovine bone morphogenetie proteins (bBMP). The composites were inplanted into the femoral muscles of rats. The ability of bone induction of the materials was observed. Methods Composites of CCPC/BMP/ DXMA ( A), CCPC/BMP ( B), CCPC/ DXMA ( C ) and CCPC(D) were inplanted subeultanously into the left femoral muscle pouches of 12 mature SD rats for each composite. The samples were harvested at 2 and 4 weeks, and the general observation, histomorphological analysis, alkaline phosphatase activity was carried on. Results The ability of bone induction were observed in A, B and C, and the more new bone tissue formed gradually as the time went by after implantation. The ability of bone induction of group A was the most intensive. No bone was found in group D. group A contained significantly higher level of ALP compared with the others (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The CCPC/BMP/DXMA composites presented a intensively osteo -inducible.
