摘 要:通过动电位极化曲线测试。光学电子显微镜及电子探针等方法研究了强流脉冲电子束表面处理对AZ31镁合金腐蚀性能的影响及样品的表面形貌与成分。结果表明,在5%NaCl溶液中,加速电压27kV、脉冲8次处理后的样品比原始样品耐蚀性提高了1.6倍;处理后样品的表面出现了典型的熔坑形貌;电子束快速凝固过程使最表层晶粒细化,进而导致表层镁、铝元素含量及分布形式发生变化。样品表层铝元素含量的提高是改善其耐腐蚀性能的主要原因。The influence of high current pulsed electron beam treatment on the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy AZ31 was investigated based on measurement of potentiodynamic polarization curve,observation of optical mi-croscope,and analysis of electron probe.The morphologies and elemental compositions of the modified specimens were analyzed as well.Results indicated that the corrosion resistance in 5 wt% NaCl solution of the specimens treated with pulsed electron beam at an accelerating potential of 27 kV for 8 cycles was increased by a factor of 1.6,and typical melting pits were observed on the sur-face of the modified sample.Moreover,the rapid melting and modification process induced grain refinement of the surface lay-er,leading to changes in the content and distribution of Mg and Al therein.And the improvement in the corrosion resistance of the modified specimen was mainly attributed to the increase of Al element in the surface layer.
